Beginning with Justins first fragrance, and line of nails polish (Boy was this not a shocker) (LOL). Now, according to published reports el Bieber has inked a second fragrance BUT guess what!? It’s not for him, he’s lending his name for charity with this new fragrance he’s got going on.

The two were spotted at a high school game. And than shared frozen yogurt at a local icery in Hollywood today.
Previously the two have also been spotted together at Jaden Smith’s friends high school again watching a game, with Jadens father Will Smith.
