It’s definitely my favorite time of the year, without a doubt.  Boys + their rosy cheeks, and festive people all around. But us ladies always tend to forget one thing, to lose that extra 10lbs to look great in our holiday dresses before the big days.

I’ve devised my own plan [to lose 10lbs] in 30 days.  So far in 2 days, I’ve lost 4 1/2 lbs which is good. My plan isn’t very ‘Tough’ nor is it strenuous. I prefer to call it ‘Fab-u-weight-loss’.

Eat 1 piece of  fruit / and or Yogurt in the morning. (Now, I opt for  Yoplait. Always less on the carbs & such perfect for a young lady like myself and anyone else out there).

Getting hungry mid-day is alright. But if you’re like me and always have to have that sweet snack (1.. 2..4 of them) before you finally stop. Remind yourself, eat in portions. Here’s a tip: Bring a banana and 1 of your favorite snacks for the day. That should do you good, until you sit down for dinner with the family.

Avoid weighing yourself at all costs.  Weighing yourself only lines yourself for discouragement if you’ve in fact lost less than expected, or didn’t lose any at all. Set-up weekly days that you weigh yourself.

I however bought the cutest pair of Forever 21 Jeans online last week [so thankful for international shipping]. Although they were a little too small for me at first, setting myself up for the big goal really helped me to get into these jeans.

See? I told you my plan wasn’t all that hard. Simply eating right, adding in a little morning walk, a light mid-day snack and dinner with your family. Easy as pie!
