McQueary ‘I’m positive that boy was molested’

Mike McQueary’s bombshell testimony continued today as he told a judge that he was ‘positive’ it was a young boy being ‘molested’ by Jerry Sandusky in the locker rooms of the Penn State Football division.

However, McQueary now claims he  never claimed it was in fact ‘Anal Rape’ or ‘Rape’ whatsoever — he told the judge today that he in no way ‘Seen Sandusky’s genitals’ but the boy was nude, Sandusky’s hands wrapped around his waist, and his hands were on the wall.

Wait.. Isn’t that rape?
