Sad: Iconic Chicago restaurant closing it’s doors

CHICAGO: Iconic chef Charlie Trotter has decided to ultimately close the doors to his iconic Chicago restaurant effective immediately.   He told Vancouver’s ‘Sun’ that he hasn’t decided to close the doors due to lack of profits — moreover planning to do something new with his expertise.

Trotter explained that even though his main restaurant will be closed — devotee’s to Trotters emperial restaurant will always be able to get their fix of Trotter’s famed  dish’s from his mobile unit ‘Trotter’s To Go’.
