Movie Review: Lifetime’s ‘Walking the Halls’
Walk the Hallways is a typical Lifetime movie — however it isn’t like some of the cheesy flicks that happen to come on the channel. It depicts the life of the ‘New Girl’ in town ( Casey ) who unknowingly gets thrust into a life of prostitution after she’s suddenly chosen by the clique girls from her high school to join their crowd.
At first, like all should be — she was skeptical. Which was understandable, considering the leader (Amber) of the pack looks like she’ll bite your dam head off if you cross her. (Amber) then invited Casey to send her a photograph of herself to get into an all exclusive 21+ nightclub called ‘Gold Bar’.
And then it took a turn for the worst..
Casey hadn’t known ‘Gold Bar’ was pretty much a house for prostitutes. No longer skeptical, she borrowed clothes from Amber who made her believe that she was just going out for a night of partying but instead ended up doing a bit more than that.
(Intermission: Boring part: Man slaps wife: Gets arrested: finances cut off)
(Cute pimp anyone? Anyone notice how CUTE Max was?) This was around the time that Casey’s also became suspicious because she came home with $1,200 in cash money that she said her father had given to her. Yet, her mother knew it hadn’t come from him because hours earlier she had found that all of the families finances had been drained so it seemed imperably impossible.
Like any typical mum — Casey’s mum waited until she snuck out one night to find what she’d doing while sneaking out. Which eventually led to Casey being found at a high class hotel to meet [who? The hottie Max].
This is where it got funny because her mum followed her all the way to the hotel — who then went in and asked the bell hop where the girl in the red-dress went.
It wasn’t until 3 hours later that Casey finally emerged and confronted by her mum which led to Casey announcing she’d move out because her mum was going through her things and discovered $900 worth of concert tickets after having already discovered the $1,200 in cash money.
DANGER ZONE
The leader of clique Amber tells Casey that she now has a ‘High Roller’ who is willing to pay $5,000 for ‘Girl on Girl’ action [assuming this was another young man]. However it proved to be different when it was discovered that it was actually an old coot [who'd have more trouble keeping up a boner than Queen Elizabeth's husband producing another child].
To Amber’s dismay Casey chickens out because she finds it ‘Far too gross’ after the pervert requests some strange bizmodic voodoo like crap in her ear, which then leads the pimp to strike her outside because she’s costing him money.
She was then fired….
You’ll have to watch the rest of the movie.. Don’t want to give all of it away.
Movie Grade: A (Absolutely splendid. Very well storyline)

Who is the actor who portrayed the old coot who was “far too gross?”
He looks familiar. Thank you.
Unfortunately we didn’t catch his name:(
