LOS ANGELES: A Supreme Court judge ruled today that a case would be impending against music legend Cher for her use of the F word more than 10 years ago on live television.

The move comes from a ‘Ban’ the FCC placed on impartial or durragatory remarks before the time frame of 10 pm (presumably the time they assume children are in bed).

The FCC is also cracking down on shows like NYPD BLUE for showing 8 seconds of a females bare buttocks.

Cher’s camp denied comment.
