No more twinkies? Appears to be true
According to the Toronto Sun – Hostess has filed chapter 11 protection in Manhattan just months after emerging from bankruptcy. The Sun reports that Hostess has more than $500 million in assets, but is more than $1 billion in debt.
I love Hosess twinkies, ding dongs, cupcakes and all of their other declious baked goods. If you have to go out of business, please let someone else buy your recipes and make them. I especially liked the lemon twinkies I purchased today. Why didn’t your make them sooner?
