Chances are — if you’ve called say something like the DMV in recent months (circa New York) then you’ve probably run into someone you’d never expect to be a convicted felon working for the city you reside in.

MSNBC  chronicled a program known as UNICOR which employs known convicts in ‘Call Centers’ where they will work as full time employees regardless of the crimes they’ve committed.
