Preparations: Major snowstorm barreling for Western Washington
TACOMA: Residents across Washington are preparing for what is being called the biggest snowstorm Washington has seen in more than 40 years. Officials are warning residents in all major cities to stock up on food, blankets, and most definitely space-heaters.
Below are the expected snow levels reported to have already or are preparing to hit:
- Seattle: 4 – 8 inches
- Everett: 2 – 6 inches
- North of Everett: 1 – 4 inches
- Foothills: 6 – 12 inches
- South/Southwest: 6 – 12 inches
- Coast: 4 – 8 inches
