NORTH CAROLINA:  Former Teen Mom Star Jenelle Evans was in court this week for a second time after being detained for posting a  nude photograph of her former room-mate online all over alleged fan-pages that she says don’t belong to her.

Evans appeared in court in hopes that the charges would be  called off despite ample proof existing in documents.  She was released this morning where she was given a 6 February return to find out her ultimate fate.
