Hotel beating bad news for Mexican government
GUADALAJARA: This week a 37 year old Canadian woman was nearly beaten to death after she was found lying in a pool of blood inside a upscale Mexican hotel she ventured to with her husband for an all inclusive vacation.
On Friday – Sheila Nabb was found in an elevator lying in a pool of her own blood after suffering severe traumatic damages to her face to the point she now needs facial reconstruction surgery according to physicians at the hospital she’s being treated at.
Today, the Mexican government released a very brief sort of bland statement completely dodging the fact that the level of violence in their country has grown to an entire new level.
Courtesy of Governor Sinoala:
The Government reiterates that safety and security are top priorities for tourists and citizens alike and that this was an unfortunate and isolated event.”
In recent months, the country has also seen spikes in violence due to brutal beatings inside some of the countries top drug cartels. The Mexican government didn’t directly acknowledge Sheila Nabb.
