FLORIDA: According to Mashable Ron Paul has lost his suit against video sharing giant Youtube on the grounds of not having sufficient evidence to prove the poster of phony videos is actually an entity of a person.
The judge ruled that Paul must build a stronger case against NHLiberty4Paul before any legal proceedings can be done against the account.
