Karl Lagerfield apologizes to Adele

This week fashion designer Karl Lagerfield famously took jabs at British soul singer Adele for being a little ‘overweight’ as he was quoted as saying in Paris’s Metro Magazine. However now Lagerfield claims his comments were taken out of context by Metro Mag, and he ‘never’ intended to call the singer ‘a little too fat’.

‘I lost over 30 kilos over 10 years ago and have kept it off. I know how it feels when the press is mean to you in regards to your appearance.

‘Adele is a beautiful girl. She is the best. And I can’t wait for her next CD.’
