Same sex marriage once again on hold in California
Legal sparring over same sex marriage in the state of California has once again resumed as supporters of Prop 8 have asked judges to review their decision in allowing homosexuals to marry.
However, legal experts say that with a new rising number of states allowing same sex marriage the U.S Supreme Court will likely deny the request for review and reject the attempt to get the ban reinstated.
