Local news alert: 3 charged in South Hill home invasion

TACOMA, WASHINGTON: According to authorities a local South Hill man will not be charged with killing an armed home invader due to having acted in self defense.

The man has not been identified presumably because no charges will be filed against him, but their will be charges filed against the invaders who made it out alive.

Malinda Knight, 19, Kyle Anderson, 29, Josh Baker, 27, and Kevin Fernandes, 21 were all suspects involved in the burglary however Fernandes was shot and killed by the 61 year old homeowner whom acted in self defense.
