Suspect in brutal murder says he met woman online
In a strange twist to the usual crimes we here about, this one sure takes the cake as the strangest. According to the Associated Press, Matthew Puccio, 25, a man accused of gruesomely dismembering his girlfriend and then murdering her has confessed to the crime by allegedly admitting it inside of a newspaper interview.
Puccio says he met his girlfriend on Facebook while browsing for new friends and met his accomplices three days prior to the attack in a local public library.
According to authorities it appears that Puccio murdered his girlfriend because the two had prior relationship problems and split, and she had taken the couples two young children.
