Baby declared dead found alive in morgue 12 hours after declaration
ARGENTINA: According to local media outlets a mum of 5 is one lucky woman as she is responsible for saving the life of her newborn whom was born prematurely at a hospital she says she is preparing to sue for medical malpractice.
The strange situation here — is that the woman Analia Bouguet, gave birth (prematurely) to her newborn and was told almost instantly that it had died during the process. However, this wasn’t the truth whatsoever because 12 hours later the same woman discovered her baby alive and well in a hospital morgue.
It’s unclear how the baby itself ended being declared dead without having actually died. Bouget says that the hospital has still not issued her baby a birth certificate leaving her with just a death certificate.
