U.S Army rolls out new dress regulations

According to  reports, the U.S military is cracking  down on it’s dress regulations they have for soldiers.  MSN NOW notes that the new regulations include:

• No tatt’s above the neck for men.
• No funky colored hair, fake nails, or fake eyelashes for women.
• Absolutely no piercings.
