Chinese activist may apply to ‘Study Abroad’

BEIJING, CHINA: According to CNN,  Chen (the controversial activist) may apply to study abroad in the United States just like any other Chinese citizen regardless of his current status with the Chinese government.

If say,  Chen does successfully complete his study abroad papers he could potentially move to the United States like other citizens typically do after completing their studies.

Chinese lawmakers made the announcement today after they were told of Chen’s informative notice to officials saying he’d like to evacuate his hometown for the   United States.
