Mary Kennedy found dead

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his wife Mary arrive at funeral services for U.S. Sen. Edward Kennedy in August 2009.

NEW YORK: According to the medical examiners office, the former wife of Robert F Kennedy Jr, Mary Kennedy, was found dead this afternoon.  Kennedy was found dead on her own property, inside of a building towards the backyard.

The Kennedy family released a statement:

“We deeply regret the death of our beloved sister Mary, whose radiant and creative spirit will be sorely missed by those who loved her. Our heart goes out to her children who she loved without reservation.”
