Kat Von D slapped with lawsuit over 2010 house fire

Her legal troubles in response to her 2010 housefire aren’t over just yet, Daily News can confirm that Kat Von D has been slapped with a lawsuit per State Farm Insurance.

According to court documents, State Farm alleges that Von D started the house-fire herself [yes, they're blaming her] after she allegedly left numerous lit candles unattended in her home.

State Farm is asking a judge to order Kat Von D to pay back the near £1million in damages that they say she caused purposefully.

Kat Von D rejected requests for comment from Daily News, but it is expected that she will appear in court to contest or comply with the lawsuit.
