U.S Air Marshall steps forward 28 years after going AWOL
SWEDEN: According to reports, a U.S Air Force fighter who disappeared in 1984 after he purportedly ‘walked off base in Germany’ has resurfaced for the first time in almost 30 years.
David Hemler, now 49, stepped forward to reveal his story about 10 days ago and has since caught the attention of several officials who’d like to see him arrested for deserting the military according to the New York Daily News.
Hemler, did not return emails for comment.
