A new study released yesterday [which really didn't require a study to prove] showed that nearly 5% of all free apps in the ‘smart phone’ market [Google Play] carry some sort of rogue advertising network that eventually hi-jacks your phone like exampled in the photograph above.

Among the apps that are known to add such things to your phone are generally found in the ‘personalization’ area such as: Entertainment, ringtones, etc.

Apps these days tend to use what is called an ‘aggressive ad network’ in attempt to rake in a large chunk of change without having actually done put any work into the project they may or may not be wrongfully putting ads into spamming people.
