In this case, the  conceiving was actually illegal [jokingly] due to the fact that there was an active restraining order against Michael Lohan courtesy of Kate Majors just a few weeks ago; best part? Lindsay Lohan didn’t find out from her father, she found out from Harvey Levine  at TMZ.
