College sues Obama administration over birth control mandate
ILLINOIS, UNITED STATES: According to CNN Religion, one of the United State’s most popular Evangelical colleges has filed a class action lawsuit against the Obama Administration for attempting to make the college provide contraceptives to its employees.
Wheaton College joins colleges like Univ. of Notre Dame who have also filed lawsuits against the HHS mandate due to their beliefs that they shouldn’t have to provide such things to their employees.
How do you feel about contraceptives? Do you believe such businesses have the right to mandate what their employees receive?

If one is only concerned with the rights of the lawful action
then the colleges have every right in taking action against
the govt. It should not go to court proceedings as it being
wise of the govt in taking account their action of in forcing
colleges to provide contrapceptives is by law 110% illegal.
Thus their no doubt colleges would win their day in court
it should never go to court for the govt // its a lost cause.
If we look at the moral issue then the govt to be praised
in takung a wise step / in aiding those whom vulnerable
as they are trapped in a religious time warp / where its
a attitude of living in the past // having very backward
looking ideas as beliefs / in one respecting the female.
The moral case the govt having won / there no doubt.
However the legal case the govt has lost // they should
admit defeat / and not take such action of legal means.
In the this case the moral arguement is won / however
the legal arguement /the govt has lost/ without appeal.
The judge would not even award give the govt a right
to appeal verdict /as it pefectly clear that the action of
govt forcing others provide contrapceptives / is wrong.
