Mariah Carey enlists Rick Rozay & Meek Mill for new single ‘Triumphant’

Music legend Mariah Carey kept her promise for an all-star announcement that was released this morning through one of her many fan-sites. Carey has enlisted rap-stars Meek Mill &  Rick Rozay for her latest single ‘Triumphant’ off of her upcoming 13th album.

This is Carey’s first single since giving birth to her twins back in April 2011.
