Is Mariah too famous for American Idol?
You have your celebrities, and then you have your legends — enter Mariah Carey. When Carey accepted a highly lucrative deal with FOX‘s American Idol, the blogosphere immediately started to talk.
Granted, it has been a considerable amount of time since Mariah has released a juggernaut like album (2008′s E-Mc2) MiMi’s A.I gig could potentially help boost sales and such of her latest single ‘Triumphant’ due out later this year [which features accompanying vocals from rappers Meek Mill & Rick Ross].
But, the burning question. What does a music legend like Mariah Carey want with American Idol?
