India hit by second, even larger power outage: Half of nation without power
NEW DELHI, INDIA: According to state transportation websites more than 600million people are without power in India tonight, as the country suffers from its second major grid failure within two days.
Officials say there are more than 300 trains currently held up at their posts waiting to restart service, whilst the entire city of New Delhi is without power [Not verified].
