London Olympics: Gabrielle Douglas an all around favorite in Gymnastics

Gabby Douglas, or as I’ve referred to her as — ‘Mrs Tightrope’.  Douglas is among the top favorites at this weeks all-around gymnastics competition in the London Olympics.

However, Douglas has quite an interesting ride to get to that point. In the previous competition facing off with world champ Jordyn Weiber; Douglas actually fell off the balance beam one time even though she effortlessly made it seem so routine — losing one point and the title to Mrs Weiber.

Douglas’s comeback landed her as a top competitor and a favorite in tomorrows all-around competition; having already helped the U.S win gold in the team competition.
