Shin A Lam: Why did American T.V neglect tragic moment? Shocking news surfaces as to why timer malfunctioned
When Shin A Lam lost her initial medal because of a mere tragic moment during a fencing competition, controversy quickly erupted over just how much the time clock may or may not have been rigged.
But, the question looms — why was this only shown on U.K television? Any Olympic fan might’ve witnessed the fact that by all means there were little to no mentions about Shin on U.S T.V, so what begs the question? Well, we’ll probably never know.
Since the controversy erupted, it has been revealed that the time-counter who made a boo-boo during Shin’s showdown was actually a 15 year old volunteer who clearly forgot to grab his glasses before reporting for duty.
