Clinton blasts ‘misleading’ Romney ad
In a newly released political ad, former Gov. turned Presidential nominee Mitt Romney viciously attacked President Obama for allegedly ‘weakening the work requirements in the Welfare Reform program’.
The comments themselves didn’t sit well with former President Bill Cinton who made a statement of his own in regards to the ad dubbing the T.V spot ‘misleading’ and ‘highly disappointing’
“Governor Romney released an ad today alleging that the Obama administration had weakened the work requirements of the 1996 Welfare Reform Act,” Clinton said in a statement Tuesday evening. “That is not true.”
