Google buys Frommers books
Apparently Google just can’t resist snatching up everything they can — Motorola Mobility, Zagats, and now Frommers Travel Guides. The search giant purchased the travel guides today for an undisclosed sum according to The Wall Street Journal.
WSJ notes that Google did not reveal the purchase cost but does hope that they merge Frommer’s with Zagat’s to form a new more informational kind of book.
