Arsenist faces death penalty for murdering 5 men
SAN BERNANDINO, CALIFORNIA: A jury yesterday found 20 something Rickie Lee Fowler guilty on all charges (a total 5 capitol murder charges) of murdering 5 men between the ages of 50 and 93.
The men identified as Robert Taylor, 54, Charles Cunningham, 93, and James McDermith, 70, all of San Bernardino; Chad Williams, 70, of Crestline; and Ralph McWilliams, 67, of Cedar Glen, were all burnt alive after Fowler reportedly threw them and burning objects into a bush.
Prosecutors refused to discuss as to why they are pursuing murder charges against Fowler at this time.
