Movie Review: An Officer and a Killer

//]]>-->

Movie title: An Officer and a Killer

Lifetime Original Movie

Rating: ****

The movie begins originally and almost shockingly different from most Lifetime movies, on a Military base. An army commander and his family are seen in a promotion ceremony   for Russ being promoted to base commander — although he doesn’t actually want to move to the base.

Almost instantly, a house just down the street is robbed by an unknown assailant who didn’t rummage through much except for the daughters bra’s and underwear which caught police off guard and ordered an immediate forensic examination.

(… be warned, the movie kind of starts out boring…. Doesn’t get good until the ‘congratulations ceremony’..)

(Note: This movie is not appropriate for children under 16…lmao!)

Hilariously a second robbery of the same situation decides to happen again, this time once again for the second time only stealing the bras, panties, and erm, sex-toys. Strangely enough the man decided to bravely enter her home while she was there, and even hid in the closet while she realized she had been robbed.

LOL MOMENT: GO AHEAD CALL THE POLICE I WANT TO SHOW THEM YOUR REALLY BIG DILDOS…. – HAHA

Let’s keep in mind that the coy, yet almost secretive army kernel Russ is actually the robber, and his wife is completely unaware.  I’d say the movie really got good when the female lead commander cop finally decides to put out a public notice of crime warning everybody to watch themselves almost instantaneously before a third crime occurs although this time he nearly strangles the girl — ohh spooky.

Cliffnote: This is not a movie Lifetime should have aired by any means. This is wrong and subjective to women on so many levels even though the crimes were so minimal. The third woman, Linda, was undressed and photographed nearly nude forced to count to 200 before she could remove the blindfold and call the police.

You know the drill.. Finish the movie to find out what happens next… Great movie overall a little graphic though.
