Embassy attacks: As usual, America provoked it
When I first heard that the Embassy’s in both Libya and Egypt were attacked this week, I almost immediately had to find out why. I couldn’t help but wonder why out of the blue two embassy’s in two different country’s would be suddenly attacked, and then one of my staffers was so delighted to show me a video they were already aware would offend me.
As a Muslim myself, I’m appalled that this video even made its way onto the internet — but not as much as I should be, to say, be involved in the riots themselves. I can’t say I’m really surprised such a brainless movie was made by, wait for it, an American.
My philosophy on this entire situation is this.. if this were another country that made a hateful film about ‘God‘ or the ‘Bible‘ preferentially aimed towards America… you best believe American’s would be up in flames over the film itself.. just like Muslim’s are over the film referring to Mohammed as a ‘Pedophile, Fraud, and a Womanizer‘.
The worst part, and this still isn’t surprising, the nut-cases at Youtube who couldn’t tell the difference between offensive material and freedom of expression even if it bit them in the ass.. won’t remove the video because it ‘doesn’t violate user rights’.

I can’t wait to read the offensive comments on this article. Cue the remarks.
So he’s saying American’s provoked the attack on their own embassy? That makes just as much sense as his attempt to sound logical. Stick to what you know, which is journalism, leave the religion to the older folks.
He actually has a valid point. Americans wouldn’t like it all that well either if it was Jesus being bashed…
The guy who made the video is an Egyptian with a criminal background. He is purposly stirring hate against Jews and Americans…..
The video itself is sick. I almost felt bad watching that… If I was a die hard believe in my faith kind of person to… I probably would have reacted similar.
