Italian mag to publish ‘Special Edition’ mag of topless Kate Middleton pics

Italy’s Chi magazine announced over the weekend that it plans to launch a 26 page photo book of topless Kate Middleton pictures, after it was revealed that the sneaky photographer who invaded her privacy via the private estate she was on — has some 200+ photos of a topless Duchess.  The palace confirmed today that the couple will take legal action, while disputes inside  Chi magazine appear to be growing larger.

According to The Mail Online, the owner of the publication has vowed to close it down in wake of its editor tweeting that even  a call from the Queen wouldn’t stop him from releasing more photos.
