10 new charges sought against accused Colo. shooter

According to NEWSMAX.COM, officials presiding over James Holmes murder case reportedly want to seek 10 additional charges against the former medical student in the bizarre July movie theatre shooting that left hundreds dead.

Judges wouldn’t immediately confirm the report, however Holmes already has some 24 charges currently being brought against him in the shooting and it remains unclear as to what his punishment may come out to be.
