Judge refuses to yank anti-Islam video from U-Tube
LOS ANGELES, CALIF: A Superior Court judge ruled yesterday that actress Cindy Lee Garcia did not win her case/bid to have Nakoula Nakoula’s anti-Islam film taken down from Youtube.com.
Garcia initially sued over claims that she was tricked into starring in the film without the knowledge of what the film actually was.
