NFL players death ruled suicide
TAMPA, FLORIDA: Nearly two months after NFL star O.J Murdock shot himself in the head, the Hillsborough County Medical Examiners office has officially ruled his death a suicide.
Dr Mary K. interim chief of the medical examiners office signed the official report on Friday, Daily News sports correspondent Harrison Hill received the memo this morning.
While many details of the suicide (and reasoning) remain unclear, officials were able to suffice that his death was in fact self inflicted. Murdock, in the last two years is the fifth NFL player to take his own life.
