Lindsay Lohan assaulted at W Hotel in NYC
CHELSEA DISTRICT, NEW YORK: According to the NYPD, actress Lindsay Lohan was involved in yet another squabble over the weekend after a club-goer she took back to her room at the W Hotel snapped secret photos of her without her knowledge.
Christian LaBella, 26, reportedly snapped photos of the star on his phone where Lohan discovered them around 4:30 a.m this morning (local time).
LL’s publicist Steve Honig delivered a statement to the media:
‘While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized.
‘The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation.’
Witnesses who happened to be staying across the hall from Lohan told Daily News that they witnessed LL run out of her room shortly returning only to inform police that LaBella had choked her, tossed her to the ground, and climbed on top of her.
