New Spoilers: A Mothers Worst Nightmare
Where we left off:
Chris decides to try alcohol for the first time, only to be bombarded by his mother who was informed that Vanessa Redlund (not Redmund) suffers from a specific delusional disorder that her mum also suffered from before she died.
Her father wasn’t in the picture because he left her mum during the whole mental fiasco. Let’s keep to note that Kale the imaginary brother was actually her foster co-sibling that she was involved with before he committed suicide due to Vanessa.
At this point, Vanessa is out to pretty much kill Chris to. Chris is seen in a freezer like environment pretty much shivering to death (presumably after she spiked the alcohol begging him to make a sexy movie) although there was absolutely nothing sexy about that film people.
Thankfully, Chris’s mum is finally catching on to Vanessa’s cruel and weird ways so much that she discovers a business card to the Grooming Board where she works. (sadly she didn’t get their fast enough to see Chris being tortured or Vanessa probably would’ve been jailed).
She (Vanessa) freakishly decides to claim that Chris raped her and assaulted her (the scratches) although it was actually the other guy Jake who had sex with her and assaulted her. As usual though, police just like in real life think they know everything and try to tell you how situations went — literally.
At this point, we’re understanding why ‘Kale’ committed suicide — he was probably put through the same thing Chris is currently going through by a girl who supposedly ‘loves’ him’.
Sidnote: You should always background whomever you decide you want to get involved with.
Chris’s assigned police officer informs her mum that a non match was discovered within the ‘rape kit‘ that means his story was actually holding up.
In the midst of the phone call, Chris is nearly beaten to a pulp by friends of Vanessa (except he doesn’t know that) which lands him in the hospital.
(… The cops now know that Vanessa was lying and has been for the longest time).
It was discovered that Vanessa drugs each of the guys she gets with using Angel Dust (commonly known as PCP) before letting them die via overdose.
Chris, was pronounced dead in White Fall Park after Vanessa Redlund used PCP to kill him, and then encouraged him to continue to cut himself. Signs were initially seen, but as seen in the beginning of the movie, he eventually died.
Vanessa was later admitted to a mental ward.
Now we must stick to our review guidelines and not spoil the entire movie. You guys got about 10 more minutes to go and watch, trust me, its good.
(We felt that we should go back and review the best part of the movie, just to make you guys happy…)
