Real Housewives star Brandi Glanville apparently isn’t scared to admit when she goes in for a mammogram. The reality star admitted on Twitter this week that she went in for the exam, to determine what a certain lump on her body might have been..

But an hour later, she had good news: “Cancer free people!!! Just a lame lump that made me freak the f**k out and loose [sic] my mind for a few weeks!!
