Apparently if you appear on an Instagram page belonging to that of a celebrity, than you’re more than likely dating said celebrity: Enter rapper Frank Ocean. Ocean decided to share some hot pics of a hot dude we’ve learned has a name of Willy Cartier. The two haven’t confirmed they’re dating, but the pictures suggest.. well nothing.
