MEXICO CITY, MEXICO: According to Fox News Latina, the concert promoter responsible for booking Jenni Rivera in Monterrey Mexico at the time of her death has come forward revealing that the singer had actually changed itinerary at the last minute despite being asked to stay in Monterrey until the next morning.
Jesús Arreola, the promoter, told Fox News that he had made the offer to Jenni Rivera however it was turned down and she decided to fly out to Toluca in the wee hours of the morning.
