Daily News successfully blocks use of name variations
We’re thrilled, yet exuberant to finally say it’s over. After a week long legal dispute over coined names (Daily News (not to be confused with Daily News New York, no affiliation), Bazaar Daily, The Bazaar Daily, etc) we have successfully won our legal battle to take control of each of the names itself; as we have at one point in time over the past 4 years been each of these names therefore we were granted rights to own them.
In coming weeks, we will be moving to trademark each of these names as Bazaar Media enters its fifth year on the web.
