6-year-old Newton survivor seeking $100million settlement

One survivor of the Newton tragedies is seeking more than therapeutic treatment — so much, her family has made it public that they intend to sue the state for more than $100million due to the trauma the incident caused their daughter. According to NEWSER, the girl, only identified as Jill Doe is one of the only child-aged survivors from the massacre.

She was in her classroom, and over the loudspeaker came the horrific confrontation between the fellow who shot everybody and other people,” says attorney Irving Pinsky. “Her friends were killed. That’s pretty traumatic.”
