New Delhi gang-rape suspects charged with murder,kidnapping, rape

NEW DELHI, INDIA: The six men famously accused of murdering, raping, and kidnapping a still unknown 23-year-old Indian woman were officially charged with murder this afternoon — according to a senior police official.

The men, whom have not been identified in the media yet; first made international headlines after the young woman reportedly died last Saturday following severe injuries to her intestines due to having been raped.  Police officials submitted charges officially in a courtroom in Saket, a neighborhood just outside of New Delhi.

Suman Nawla, a police official told Daily News that one of the suspects is suspected to be a child however it has not yet been confirmed due to the suspect  having not been in possession of proper identification at the time of the crime.
