Ban on sex offenders accessing Facebook lifted
Apparently sex offenders are constitutional, at least in the state of Indiana. An appeals court found that the states ban on sex offenders accessing Facebook, was unconstitutional and immediately lifted.
The ban originally set in place in 2009, was born after sex offenders used the social network to lure children using fake profiles.
