Boy Scouts in talks to finally end ban on gay men
According to NEWSER, theĀ Boy Scouts of America organization has reportedly neared the end-of-talks that could forever end the organizations longtime ban on openly gay men serving as scout leaders.
NBC NEWS first reported the news citing sources and spokesperson(s) who preferred to remain anonymous; and if approved the new law could go into place nationally across the organization itself — although local chapters would still have a little say-so over whether or not a gay male could serve.
