After the abdication announcement from Queen Beatrix of Netherlands,  many began to wonder whether or not Queen Elizabeth of Britain would ever abdicate  her throne to one of the many young royals inside Windsor Castle. Indeed living a proper society, whereas  structure is a ‘must’ — it does not appear that Queen Elizabeth would abdicate the throne anytime soon.

A very young Queen Elizabeth [history moment]  once told her fellow residents of London:

“By the sudden death of my dear father I am called to assume the duties and responsibilities of sovereignty,” the 25-year old queen explained to her privy councilors back in London.

“My heart is too full for me to say more to you today than I shall always work, as my father did throughout his reign, to advance the happiness and prosperity of my peoples, spread as they are all the world over.”
